Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the request process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Nitro Deck in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
